The Dynamo kicked off their weeklong march to Saturday night's MLS opener at home against the New England Revolution by unveiling their new secondary uniform, which is predominantly white. The shirt, which has a V neck, features the Dynamo crest on the left breast, light blue and orange on the neckline, the U.S. flag on the left sleeve and the Texas flag on the left side at the bottom of the jersey. Center back Eric Brunner, who missed practice Monday, will be examined by team doctors to determine the extent of the right ankle injury he suffered Saturday night against the Charleston Battery. Midfielder Warren Creavalle, who is recovering from offseason surgery on both knees, also was limited to jogging. The National Women's Soccer League's Dash suffered a setback with the loss to injuries of Canadian national team center back Lauren Sesselmann and perhaps Japanese defender Aya Sameshima Sesselmann, expected to be a cog in the Dash's defense, suffered what appears to be a season-ending anterior cruciate ligament tear last week on international duty. Suddenly on the back line, which is seven deep, we're down to three because two of the defenders are the American players (competing abroad).
