The new In Bloom festival -- the old Free Press Summer Festival -- announced its 2018 lineup, and it's quite good. But it also is what it is. Fifty-five or so bands, ranging from internationally known headliners including Beck, Queens of the Stone Age to locals like Vodi and Venomous Maximus who deserve to get their music to more ears. We'll see how it plays with concert-goers.
